 The Story of Mayabini Perfume

I am Pirijul Hoque, from Assam. In the beginning, I was just a normal perfume buyer who loved good fragrances. When I came to Mumbai for the first time, I bought a perfume from a local market for just ₹100 — and that single moment completely changed my story.

After that, I started exploring and buying different perfumes online. But after trying so many of them, I realized one hard truth: from the inside, almost all perfumes felt the same. When I started digging deeper and learning more about this field, I came to know about raw material qualities and how manufacturing actually works. That is when I truly understood what most brands in the market were doing.

What is the problem in the market?
When I looked closely at the Indian perfume market, one thing became very clear: most brands are just selling cheap copies of international perfumes. Their entire focus is only on fancy packaging and showing off a big company name, not on good quality. The 300–400 rupees perfumes available in the market vanish within 10 to 15 minutes because they only contain 10% to 20% oil.

Seeing all this, I felt this story needed to change. With this very thought, Mayabini Perfume (mayabiniperfume.in) was born.

What are we doing differently?
Mayabini Perfume is not a copy of any brand. We create our own original blends—especially keeping Oud at the center, because I personally love the richness and depth of Oud.

Our priorities are very clear:
1. Original Fragrance: No copies, just a unique identity that becomes your signature style.
2. Long-Lasting Performance: Instead of the market standard 10–20% oil, we use 30% oil concentration in our perfumes so the fragrance stays for hours, not just minutes.
3. Affordable Luxury (₹799 for 50ml): Our goal is not just to sell a cheap perfume. We want you to feel like you are wearing a ₹10,000 to ₹15,000 luxury perfume when you wear Mayabini—without having to pay that heavy price.

A New Identity
For me, Mayabini Perfume is not just a business. I want anyone who wears Mayabini to feel a unique confidence inside them, and for the fragrance to become a part of their personality that people remember.

This journey started from a small place in Assam, and though the beginning is small, the vision is big. We are not just lowering prices; we are changing the standard so that every customer can say from their heart:
